Massage Parlours – Charges Laid
BY-Law Officers have been making enquiries into complaints concerning the operation of Massage Parlours on Eglinton Avenue West. To date four separate charges have been laid against one owner. Complaints have also been received concerning five other properties on Eglinton Avenue West. The respective files have been sent to the City of Toronto’s South District office for inspection.
I wont complain as long as they stay away from Eglinton and Bathurst
